Hire Terms & Conditions

The hire fee will be paid before you take the costume so you need to be sure about what you want and sizes in advance. If something doesn't fit or is unsuitable you can return it in exchange for another similar item but hire fees will not be returnable.

A deposit may be taken where an article is particularly valuable and can be paid by cheque which will be returned once the item is safely returned. For other general articles if costumes are not returned clean and in the state of repair in which they were hired, the repair / cleaning charge will be payable by you at the time the costumes are returned.

The length of hire will not normally exceed one month but may be shorter if the Theatre Club requires the costume back for one of its own productions.
