"It takes two flints to make a fire" - Louisa May Alcott
April 2023
Dear Members of Alnwick Theatre Club,
This is just a reminder that TT&OH are holding a second community consultation on
Wednesday 19 April at 10am.
This is an opportunity to hear about our plans for the restoration of the Grand Saloon and Music Hall areas of the theatre, and to give us your thoughts. We very much hope you will be able to attend.

Hi Folks
You may remember at panto rehearsals last year, I mentioned Alnwick Rotary’s Christmas Project and many of you bought gifts for deserving children living in this area.
Well, we are doing it again this year and once again I’d like to ask for your help.
Below are the details, I hope some of you will be able to help.
The Rotary Club of Alnwick is once again running their Christmas Project which aims to provide an extra Christmas present for deserving children living in this area. Obviously, the more presents we have the more children that can receive one, and we are therefore asking if you would like to help us in this project.
If so, please:
Buy a gift for your preferred age range (we have children from birth to 16 years)
If possible put it in a bag - no need to wrap.
Take it to a collection point - Specsavers and Morrisons will both have collection bins, or to George F. White (Estate Agent) where the gifts are being stored.
The presents will be wrapped and delivered nearer to Christmas (due to data protection laws we have no information on the children who will receive these gifts other than their sex and ages).
We hope you will feel able to support us with this project.
Thanks
Jill
